Getting here
The Grove council car park is directly outside. It’s pay & display, or you can pay with the RingGo app. Disabled bays are available.
There’s more parking in the Mud Dock car park.
Buses stop at Queen Square and The Centre. Both are a short walk away, through or around Queen Square.
Plan your visit
Because the venue is a converted cargo ship, disabled access can be difficult, but we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate you.
Book seats in advance on our balcony for a great view of the stage.
There are nine standard sized steps between the door and the balcony, so please plan accordingly if you’re a wheelchair user.
If you need a carer to come with you, their ticket is free. Just show proof of your original ticket purchase.
To arrange balcony access or companion tickets, or for any other accessibility questions, email us:

Good to know
Yes, as long as the show hasn’t sold out.
Our official ticketing partner is Alt Tickets, which has every show. Please avoid secondary resale sites.
We don’t have a box office, so you can’t buy advance tickets at the venue.
If the show is months away, that’s normal. If it’s 5 days or less until the show, get in touch with your ticket provider.
Contact whoever you booked with straight away. They can usually send replacements. If not, bring photo ID and your booking reference to the venue.
Most gigs are 14+. If a gig is 18+, it’ll say so on the listing or your ticket. Club nights are 18+.
A driving licence (provisional is fine), a passport, or PASS-approved ID.
Sorry, you need to be 18 on the day the event starts.
Nothing strict. We just don’t allow team sportswear, hi-vis, or fancy dress that spoils the night for others.
Be nice and don’t do anything silly. If you seem drunk or behave badly in the queue, we may refuse entry without a refund.
Yes, as long as you’re well behaved.
Gigs finish by our 10pm curfew.
Club nights run 10pm–3am or 4am, Thursday to Saturday, plus Wednesdays in term time. Last entry is 1:30–2am depending on the night.
We post set times on our socials on the day. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
Most shows use some strobe lighting. If you’re worried about a particular show, get in touch and we’ll help where we can.
Our staff are always on hand if you have a concern. Security search bags on the door, and CCTV runs throughout.
